Pricing and Payment

Pricing Per Hour. We charge $40 per hour for our creative and consulting time. This figure is all-inclusive. The final bill for any assignment depends directly on time expended. Thorough input, a complete questionnaire, and concise critiques for revisions will always result in a lower bill.

Estimates. Depending on the project, fixed pricing may not be available. In these cases, we will happily provide an estimate of what an assignment will cost. We will adhere to this estimate unless the specifications of the assignment change. Because we recognize the need for budget control and financial accountability, we always supplement written estimates with verbal reports as each job progresses.

Pricing per Assignment, “Fixed” Pricing. We have standard assignment packages available for projects that are clearly outlined. Designs are limited in number of revisions and initial design concepts.

E-commerce Design- $100 and up
$100 for simple custom templates, pricing goes up for complex creative e-commerce solutions. Please contact us for a quote/estimate. If you would like pre-made CubeCart skins, see link to our CubeCart store below in the orange box.

Standard Logo Package- $200
Recommended when you know exactly what you are after.
Original design concepts presented- 5
3 revisions
1 free re-draw with 5 new designs presented
Final Logo supplied in various formats for print and web use.

Executive Logo Package- $250
Recommend if you like lots of options.
Original design concepts presented- 7
4 revisions
1 free re-draw with 7 new designs presented
Final Logo supplied in various formats for print and web use.

Deluxe Logo Package- $300
Recommended if you are not sure what you want or need for you logo, or if you like many options.
Original design concepts presented- 10
4 revisions
1 free re-draw with 10 new designs presented
Final Logo supplied in various formats for print and web use.

Additional redraws for any package: $65

Stationery package (BC, LH, ENV): $200

Banners, buttons, and other small web graphics: $35 a design

Small ads (BC size) w/ supplied logo: $35

Brochures, direct mail, large advertisements, and print materials: $350+, depends
on how many colors and how many pages, how large the ad is, ect.

Payment
To begin an assignment we require a down payment of the estimated amount or of the “fixed” price. Depending on the size of the project this may be the full amount or a portion of the amount. If in the case that you pay a portion at the beginning of the project, the remainder is due before delivery of the final product. All designs will be watermarked until final payment is received. Our standard practice for CubeCart™ custom skins is tobegin the project when full payment is recieved unless the project price is above $500.
We prefer payment by credit card through PayPal, as it is the easiest and quickest way to receive and send funds from any where around the globe. It is a free service for you to send us your payment through PayPal. We also will accept money orders and business checks (we will wait until funds have cleared).

All work remains the property of GrassmeyerDesign until final cleared funds received.
Our policy on unfinished projects: if the down payment is close to the amount of time spent on the project billed at $40 an hour then we keep it and call it good. If, however, the amount of time that we have spent on the project billed at $40 an hour is significantly higher or lower than the payment we have recieved we may negotiate a "closing" price.
