Minimums: Our minimum order for bulk/wholesale orders is 12 pieces with all pieces having the same design printed on them. You can split up your order of 12 in any combination of apparel styles, colors, and sizes. There are price breaks at quantities of 24, 48, and 96.
Payment & Order Placement: Orders are placed on an individual basis through email. We will help you build your order then give you a detailed order confirmation with your total. After you approve the order confirmation, we will send you a PayPal invoice. Once cleared funds have been received, your order will be placed with our printer.
Processing time: It takes 12 business days from the time we place our order with our printer. Then give us an extra day or two to package and ship, allow a 3-5 days for delivery. If you have a certain date that you will need the shirts by, please communicate that to us so that we can give you a date that we will need your final order by.
Backorders: Occasionally, certain apparel items will get backordered, this is something that is out of our control as the manufacturer of the apparel products is who places items on backorder. If an apparel item that you have ordered becomes backordered we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option of ordering something else or waiting until the item you originally ordered comes in.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FedEx, usually ground unless you request to have it shipped 2day or overnight. Shipping charges are as close to actual shipping fees as possible.
